The main treatment techniques that I use in clinic include spinal manipulation and spinal
mobilisation, alongside soft tissue work and rehabilitation exercises. I have additional training in medical acupuncture, Rock Sport tape, and Sacral-Occipital Technique (SOT). I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the Scottish Chiropractic Association.
I grew up in Stratford Upon Avon until I was 21, then moved to South Wales where I studied an integrated Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. I graduated in 2019 with Distinction and have been working in Leicestershire since. During my time at university in the beautiful South Wales Valleys, I was able to grow my love of the outdoors and discover climbing.

Now I spend as much spare time as possible adventuring - hence my move to the Lakes! In 2022 my partner and I spent 3 months in Chamonix alpine climbing, and in 2024 we spent 2 months in Peru climbing 6000m peaks in the Cordillera Blanca.
I have always been into sport and competed in Rowing at a national level before moving to Wales. It was this that led me to discover my passion in human biology and chiropractic. I have an interest in sports chiropractic, but love the challenge and diversity that a busy clinic brings through the door.
